 Q: What training program do you use for developing Biceps?

 

 

A: Standing Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 12, 10 & 8 reps.

 

Incline Dumbell Curls: 2 sets of 8 reps.

 

One Arm Concentration Curls (The way Arnold does it): 2 sets of 8 reps.
